If the PuttView system does not shut down properly, this may be due to a malfunction in the connection to the tablet. To fix the problem, please follow these steps:

  1. Close the app completely via the app overview screen.
  2. Start the tablet app again.
  3. Make sure it is connected to the application on the computer
    (PuttView Logo is displayed on top of the screen in either “Practice” or “Professional”-Mode).
  4. Press the shutdown button in the main menu again.

Note: If the problem persists and the projector still doesn’t shut down, please contact PuttView support. In the meantime, you can turn off the projector manually using the projector remote control and keep the PuttView app running on the computer.
