If Ball Tracking does not work anymore although the circle around the putt position is displayed, the camera is probably not calibrated correctly or is not properly recognized by the system. Make sure the following is applicable:

  1. The camera’s view is not blocked. The camera needs to be able to see the green surface without obstruction.
  2. The lighting requirements are met. The Ball Tracking performance may be reduced if there is not enough light in the room. For further information on lighting requirements please see FAQ bullet point “Ball Tracking lighting requirements”.
  3. If a message appears on the screen saying, “no camera found” please contact PuttView support.
