If you started PuttView and you are not able to see visuals on the green the computer and/ or PuttView application is probably not able to detect the projector. Possibly this is due to a multiple displays issue. Please ensure the following:

  1. Make sure the system wiring has not changed.
  2. Check if theprojector is turned ON.
  3. Has Windows properly detected the projector (right click on Desktop -> ‘Display Settings’)?
    You should be able to see two displays and, in case of two projectors, there should be three displays in total.
  4. Each display should have a resolution of ‘1280*800’.
  5. Close the PuttView app on the computer and restart it using the shortcut icon “PuttView” on the Desktop.
