Are you passionate about solving technical challenges and providing expert remote support to keep things running smoothly?

What you will do
  • You process worldwide support requests from our customers for our PuttView systems (indoor & outdoor) via e-mail, telephone, video calls and remote maintenance (1st and 2nd level support)
  • You train and educate our customers in the use of our systems and help them to maximize their PuttView experience
  • Enter and document all customer interactions within our ticketing system and track progress on all issues to ensure a timely response and resolution
  • You remotely support our installation technicians in configuring the hardware and calibrating the software for our PuttView systems (pc, projector, tablet, network)
  • You continuously optimize and improve our PuttView systems and processes, in close cooperation with project management and development. As well as help tracking our Support KPIs
What you will bring
  • A degree, technical training, or equivalent experience in IT, career changers with relevant experience are welcome!
  • You have a customer- and service-oriented mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in customer support, preferably from a demanding industry and/or complex product that requires explanation
  • You have sound IT knowledge, a quick grasp, high quality standards and an eye for detail
  • You have a high degree of self-motivation and independence, and a solution-oriented way of working
  • You communicate technical requirements and details clearly in written and spoken English to customers and partners in an address-oriented manner
  • Knowledge of golf is an advantage
