PuttView tablet app won’t connect to the PuttView application on the computer
If the tablet app does not connect to PuttView on the computer, in most cases there is a Wi-Fi problem or the app needs to be restarted. Please follow the instructions below:
Make sure the tablet is connected to the Wi-Fi with SSID “PuttView”
If not, select the Wi-Fi “PuttView” and then enter the password that you received in the start-up manual.
Make sure the PuttView application on the computer is running and the projector is turned on. In case the app or the computer are not responding, restart the computer and relaunch the PuttView app using the desktop shortcut.
Ensure the computer is connected to the router with an ethernet cable.
Restart the tablet app completely.
Shut down the app completely via the app overview screen.
In case there is still no connection, restart the app: Hold the power and volume down button for few seconds until the tablet displays two options. “Power off” and “Restart”. Tab restart and check if it connects afterwards.
